Schoolgirl cast for Taqdeer
· Bombay (now Mumbai), Maharashtra, India
Wikimedia Commons · Public domain in India; PD-1996 in the United States · file While a schoolgirl in Bombay, Nargis was selected by Mehboob Khan for her first leading role in Taqdeer. The official catalogue explicitly places her at school in Bombay during Taqdeer, but its second sentence contains apparent chronological typographical errors; coordinate is a representative Mumbai point.
